三 金属离子废水的处理
这次实习的过程中我们重点掌握了含金属离子废水的处理下面我们以铜离子为例。
化学沉淀法
化学沉淀法师铜和大多数金属的常规处理方法，即在碱性条件下使其形成不溶性的氢氧化物。一般酸性含铜废水经调整PH值后，在经沉淀过滤，能达到出水含铜<，化学处理含铜电镀废水具有技术成熟、投资少、处理成本低、适应性强、管理方便、自动化程度高等诸多优点，用氢氧化钠中和酸性含铜电镀废水，在适当条件下，处理后的废水中铜离子的质量浓度显著低于国标规定的污水排放标准，采用氢氧化钠处理酸性含铜废水，，铜离子的去除率可达99%。
化学沉淀法不足之处在于产生重金属污泥，若污泥没有得到妥善的处理还会产生二次污染。用化学法处理含铜废水，首先必须破除络合剂，使铜以离子形式存在于清洗废水

中，否则会形成铜络合物，处理后的出水铜含量依然很高。其次固体分离效果对出水铜含量影响较大，所以设计处理工艺时要加重力澄清池和砂虑，这样占地面积就很大。此外，只有ph值控制适宜，澄清池设计合理，沉砂池沉性良好或用过滤进行三级处理，。
下面是化学沉淀法处理含铜废水的工艺流程
a、储备池：含铜废水池；

b、PH调整池：-；流入沉淀池；
↓
c、沉淀池：加入絮凝剂，加速絮凝，使之沉入池底，上部清液流入中和池

↓→池底淤泥抽出压滤制成污泥（压滤出的水流入中和池）
d、中和池：调整PH在6～9范围；
↓
e、砂过滤塔：砂过滤机过滤掉悬浮物；
↓
f、排放池
