摘要:“向质量要生存,向管理要效益”是建筑施工企业一贯的主旨。随着社会的发展,以及越来越激烈的竞争,质量成本管理已成为建筑施工企业普遍关注的课题。目前,不少建筑施工企业在建设质量管理中存在两种极端现象:重视了建筑产品质量,则放松了质量成本管理;反之,加强了质量成本控制则使产品质量有所下降,还有一些建筑施工企业甚至尚未进行质量成本管理。上述现象的存在,主要是对质量成本的认识不足,对质量成本计划、控制、核算、分析等内容和方法尚未掌握的缘故。
本文从质量成本的含义出发,对建筑施工企业开展质量成本管理的意义及其管理内容进行了阐述,同时,从质量成本管理的角度对建筑施工企业现阶段开展质量成本管理面临的问题及加强质量成本管理的对策进行了具体探讨,以加强建筑施工企业质量成本管理,确保企业持续健康发展。

Abstract:“Achieve survival from quality and economic efficiency from the management” is the consistent theme of construction enterprises. With the development of society and increasingly petition, quality cost management of construction enterprises has e a universal concern. At present, two extremes exist in construction quality management of many construction enterprises: pay attention to the construction quality, while relax quality cost management; on the contrary, though quality cost control has been enhanced, but product quality has declined. Some panies have not even preceded the quality cost management. The above phenomenon existence is mainly due to the lack of understanding of quality cost and possession of quality cost plan, control, accounting, and analysis of the content and method.
This dissertation from the meaning of quality cost, described the significance of carrying out quality cost management by construction enterprises and its management content. Meanwhile, from the quality cost management perspective, it has specifically discussed to the present stage of construction enterprises to carry out quality cost management problems and enhance the measures of
