摘要:随着全球经济一体化的不断深化和我国产业结构的调整,中小企业间的竞争越来越激烈,,如何有效地进行绩效管理,不仅有利于促进组织的发展和企业绩效的提高,也有助于挖掘和提高员工的潜力,实现企业目标与个人发展的平衡,进而提升企业的核心竞争力,使中小企业在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存和可持续发展。绩效管理作为人力资源管理的核心内容,对企业管理的成败起着决定作用。
市场经济条件下,有效的绩效管理工作对中小企业的生存和发展均有着重要的意义,企业要获得竞争优势应加强绩效管理工作。当前浙江中小企业绩效管理工作存在许多不足,亟待改进,本文从绩效管理体系构建的角度出发,对当前浙江中小企业如何正确有效推行绩效管理进行了探讨,以期对促进浙江中小企业绩效管理工作的开展提供一些参考,并提出了具体解决对策;强化绩效管理意识;加强绩效管理对标学习;加强企业基础管理工作和企业文化建设,为绩效管理工作有效开展奠定好基础。

Abstract:Deepens unceasingly along with the global economic integration with our country industrial structure adjustment, petition which the small and medium-sized enterprise heard is getting more and more intense, more and more small and medium-sized enterprises start realizes to the achievements management when enterprise's importance. But, how to carry on the achievements management effectively, is not only advantageous in anization's development and the enterprise achievements enhancement, is also helpful in taps and enhances staff's potential, achieves the business goal with individual development balanced, then the promotion enterprise's petitiveness, causes the small and medium-sized enterprise to obtain the survival and the sustainable development in the intense petition. The achievements management takes human resources management the central content, plays to business management's ess or failure is deciding the role.
