第六条 市农信办具体职责包括：
（一）落实征信业务有关制度及要求，督促县级行社制定征信业务操作细则；
（二）负责辖内征信系统机构和用户管理及业务培训；
（三）及时受理、核查及处理客户异议信息；
（四）完成省联社及人民银行安排的其他征信业务工作等。
第七条 县级行社的具体职责包括：
（一）落实征信业务有关制度及要求，制定辖内征信业务操作细则；
（二）负责辖内征信系统机构和用户管理及征信业务培训；
（三）加强基础数据信息管理，逐步提高征信数据报送质量；
（四）及时受理、核查及处理客户异议信息；
（五）完成上级与人民银行安排的其他征信业务工作等。
第三章 用户管理
第八条 用户是指操作人行、农信社征信系统的各级各类用户。
第九条 用户采用省联社、市农信办、县级行社三级用户管理体系，逐级分别设置管理员用户和普通用户。基层行社的普通用户由所在县级行社设置。
第十条 用户角色和权限
