several group number, then with b ± a, =c,c is is methyl b two vertical box between of accurate si。制定管理考核服务窗口和工作人员考核细则，严格实行即办件、承诺件、答复件、代办件等审批服务项目分类办理管理制度。对《日常管理制度》、《文明服务用语》、《日常行为规范》、《工作考核办法》等制度进行全面修订和完善，对窗口人员的出勤、工作态度、服务质量等方面进行细化、量化。这些措施都为便民服务中心的正常运转提供了有力的保障，使便民服务中心真正起到便民、惠民作用。
在强化便民服务中心管理的同时，不断加强对村街便民服务站的指导和协调，切实推行"六公开"，即：公开服务事项、办事程序、申报材料、承诺时限、收费依据和收费标准。对村街便民服务站的工作人员进行了业务培训、纳入日常管理和监督，年终统一进行考核评分，考核结果直接与绩效挂钩。目前我区村街6个便民服务站均已完成标准化建设，代办事项及流程等制度均上墙公示。大大提高办事效率，使便民服务站起到最大化的便民、惠民作用，密切了与群众的关系，在老百姓的心里享有很高的认同感。
二、工作到位，完善措施
管区便民服务中心运行以来，设有社会保障、民政、计划生育、农经、土地、城建等6个窗口，中心内配备了电脑、电话、桌椅、打印机、饮水机等办公设备，实行"开放式办公、一站式办结"的管理体
