2012年7月24日我行组织全体干部和员工集中学习廉政风险防控，深刻认识到此项工作的必要性，廉政风险防控学习，一是开展廉政风险防控是加强廉政建设的客观需要。实行廉政风险防控的目的，在于贯彻落实上级党委决策部署，坚持“标本兼治、综合治理、惩防并举、注重预防”的方针，运用现代管理理念和科学管理方法，加大预防腐败力度，增强预防腐败工作的创新性、科学性和可操作性，进一步提高反腐倡廉建设水平。二是开展廉政风险防控是贯彻落实关于加强廉政风险防控的实施意见》和贯彻执行《何卫东同志在全市农业发展银行案件防控暨廉政风险防控工作会议上的讲话》精神的具体举措，使拒腐防变教育长效机制初步建立，反腐倡廉法规制度比较健全，权力运行监控机制基本形成。三是开展廉政风险防控是强化对权力运行监督的有效手段。针对权力运行中的风险和监督管理中的薄弱环节，主动预防，超前防范，可以有效实现监督关口的前移。
