The observation group was given Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with milrinone injection, and the control group was given milrinone injection. The clinical efficacy, improvement of cardiac function indexes, and changes in exercise tolerance before and af- ter treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was %, which was higher than % in the control group (P＜). After treatment, serum BNP and cTnⅠ of the observation group were lower than those of the con- trol group (P＜). After treatment, the observation group exercised longer than the control group, and the maximum heart rate, maximum oxygen uptake and maximum exercise load were higher than those of the control group (P＜).
