模板工程、砼工程（包括屋面混凝土女儿墙、包括二次结构/模板及砼、砼地沟及盖板等）、架子工程、上料机基础、基础砖胎膜施工等，以及主体施工过程中材料设施、机械设备的装卸、文明工地的布置和配合、相关机械的就位、施工生产临时用电的电缆沟挖与埋设，与主体相关的工作及场地硬化和乙方施工所需的临建设施。
该工程的基础及主体结构施工期间现场不计取任何计时零工。具体施工内容如下：
1、钢筋工程：乙方负责地基与基础及主体结构的全部钢筋工程的施工内容。
①每月20前向甲方报送下月施工生产需求的材料计划量，负责进场材料的装卸并与甲方共同验收，负责管理和施工。
②钢筋施工必须配合甲方共同探讨施工方案及质量保证措施，由甲方编制施工方案；编写钢筋质量保证措施，报甲方审核存档实施监督。
③负责编制钢筋配料单，并报甲方审核。如钢筋配料单误差较大，造成钢筋浪费，由乙方负责赔偿。做好成品、半成品标识及书面报验工作。
④负责施工中钢筋原材料和半
成品的水平和垂直运输；竖向钢筋电渣压力焊（不含∮12钢筋）、横向钢筋闪光对焊、直螺纹加工的下料和半成品连接，施工措施要求的架立钢筋或结构钢筋的临时支撑焊接及固定；施工图纸设计的变更通知要求留洞口处的钢筋切割；预留洞口的施工。
