3．招标内容：数字电视用户机顶盒。
4．项目说明：忻州有线数字电视CA系统由数码视讯提供，数据广播为上海佳创的产品，EPG系统现为数码视讯的产品。投标人投标产品应移植了数码视讯的CA 系统和佳创的数据广播软件和股票系统,并通过上述公司的认证。
5. 投标人职责：提供广电总局颁发的2007年12月31日之前有效的入网许可证书，按要求提供完整的数字电视机顶盒性能指标及报价；负责与CA、数据广播和EPG系统厂商配合，保障系统联通性。
投标确认：请受邀单位于2007年11月25日前填好投标确认回执表传真至我公司。
