三、调查背景：
大学生法律意识强弱影响我国法治国家建设。目前我国大学生的法律意识存在诸多问题，如法律知识比较零散、法制观念比较淡薄、对法律的态度比较模糊等。为了解目前高校大学生法律意识的现状，进一步为提高大学生的法律意识寻求对策，采用多种调查方式，对高校的大学生法律意识现状进行了一次全面的调查，通过对调查资料和数据的科学分析，立足大学生法律意识的现状，分析影响大学生法律意识的主要因素，有针对性和创造性地提出相应的对策。
四、调查目的：
在对大学生法律意识现状调查研究的基础上,探讨在培养大学生法律意识中的具体途径。法律意识,是社会意识的一种形式,“是人们的法律观点和法律情感的总和,其内容包括对法的本质、作用的看法,对现行法律的要求和态度,对法律的评价和解释,对自己权利和义务的认识,对某种行为是否合法的评价,关于法律现象的知识以及法制观念等。”大学生是现代社会的重要组成部分,更是国家未来建设和发展的主要力量,大学生的法律素质状况,影响和决定着。大学生法律意识,即大学生群体对法、法律规范、法律关系的反应形式,包括对法律的情感、认知、评价和信仰等的内心体验和外在行动。简言之,就是大学生对待法律的心理态度和自觉遵从的表现状况,它包括法律心理、法律知识、法律态度和法律信仰四个基本要求。
