14年，在**社区开展 “平安假期，快乐生活”主题教育活动。活动邀请专家围绕“道路交通安全”、“家庭防火”、“外出旅游”、“游泳安全”、“饮食卫生”等夏季易发的安全问题对青少年及家长进行放假前的安全教育，提高学生的安全意识，使学生学会一些自救的方法，让学生在遇到危险时能采取一定的措施保护自己。党员志愿者负责到辖区各个楼院查看“安全用电、防火”情况并到辖区各楼院里发放各种安全知识宣传彩页。通过活动，使家长和孩子们对人身安全问题和自我保护意识有了很大的提高。社区为孩子能够过上一个安全健康、快乐和谐的假期撑起了一把“平安伞”。

支部党员志愿者主动与社区孤、老、残、弱人员结对，定期开展各项帮扶活动。
社区困难户石铁英患有严重的精神病，社区的党员志愿者李迎建帮她到医院定期拿药，提醒按时服药，现在她的病情较以前有了好转。党员志愿者以上门走访的方式，慰问困难群众，让他们感受到社会的温暖，感受到党和政府的关怀。支部困难党员杜复珍年龄较大，子女不在身边，党员志愿者金锐和她进行帮扶对子，定期到老人家里为打扫卫生，并在逢年过节送去了大米、油和现金。
