（2）相关老师应在每层楼梯把守，指挥学生有秩序地疏散，学生和疏散人员要听从指挥有序疏散。
（3）疏散过程中，行动要迅速，但是应该排队有秩序地前进，不要争先恐后、慌乱奔跑。迅速转移到指定位置。
（4）疏散过程中，可以用书包、双手等护头，以防被砸伤。
（5）疏散途中尽可能不要穿过建筑物，要尽量避开建筑物和电线。
（6）各班学生到达集中地后，要立即原地蹲下，保护头部。等到疏散结束后，以班为单位集队，各班应立即清点人数，并向总指挥报告。
四、震后应急行动
1、无论是否有预报、警报，在本市范围或邻近地区发生破坏性地震后，学校领导组人员立即赶赴学校，各处室负责人必须在震后立即到学校集结待命。
2、各负责人在办公室统一组织指挥下，迅速组织本级抢险救灾。
(1)迅速发出紧急警报，组织仍滞留在各种建筑物内的所有人员撤离。
(2)迅速关闭、切断电源(应急照明系统除外)和各种明火，防止震后滋生其它灾害。
