Procedure:

1. Human Resources Dept. will recruit talent for concerned dept. once received the Personnel Action
Form on talents who resign or terminate the contract with hotel.
人力资源部收到部门有关离职的人事变动表后,将为其招聘人员作为补充。

2. To encourage the promotion/multi-skilling of current Starwood associates, available positions will
first be posted on the associates Notice Boards, These informations will be Periodic updated until
the positions are filled.
为鼓励喜达屋员工内部提升及一专多能,空缺职位应首先公布于员工布告栏定期进行更新直
至空缺职位被填补。

3. Human Resources Department will provide resumes, if suitable and available, from the
departmental "Wait List" files for external recruitment. Advertisements and private employment
agencies will be used with discretion, and only when other less costly recruitment strategies have
been exhausted.
如通过外部招聘渠道,人力资源部会从储备人员里挑选合适人选,并提供人员简历。也可选
择广告或私人猎头公司进行招聘,但只有在其他花费较少的方式均不奏效的情况下方可使
用。

4. All potential applicants (external) must apply via Hotel Application Form or proper resume and
Application Form.
所有外部应聘人员必须通过饭店求职申请表,或者个人简历与饭店求职申请表一起进行应
聘。

5. Once applicants have been sourced (internal and external), Human Resources Department in
co-operation with the Division/Department Head reviews the applicable Job Description to ensure
it is current, and prepares a list of interview questions based on Position and Personal Profile
specifications. Behavioral interviewing questions and techniques will be used during all
