第 27 卷 a four opening
metamaterial resonant ring by photolithography,and studied the electromagnetic response characteristics of terahertz
transmission samples by optical pumping detection system. The results show that when the incident terahertz wave
electric field vector field is parallel or perpendicular to the same edge of the metamaterial substrate,the terahertz is
near 1thz,and the response characteristics are similar. This shows that the fully symmetric structure is not sensitive
to the polarization of incident terahertz wave. Our design has potential applications in stealth technology,
optoelectronic devices,sensors and broadband communications.
