1、参与部门及人员
保卫部：负责现场的停车、秩序的维护、和突发事件的处理工作。
演出部：按照事先定制好的节目单的顺序进行演艺，负责演出顺利有序的进行。
礼仪部：负责来宾的导位及剪彩的服务工作。
舞美部：负责音响等设备的调试，保障演出的顺利进行。
后勤部：现场的工作人员，负责督导各个部门人员的工作情况及协调工作。
