(二)实行岗位管理,以岗定薪,合理设定专业技术人员、管理人员、工勤人员绩效工资比例,向关键岗位和教学一线倾斜,合理调整收入差距,充分发挥绩效工资的激励导向作用,使收入水平的提高有利于增强竞争力。
(三)在坚持绩效优先和激励功能的同时,进一步体现保障因素,注重公平,使收入偏低人员的待遇得到明显改善。
(四)实行校系两级管理相结合,体现责权一致。
三、实施范围
实施绩效工资的范围为在岗在职的工作人员(含学校聘用的实行人事代理人员)。实行年薪制和协议工资人员不纳入绩效工资实施范围。
四、绩效工资的构成
绩效工资由基础绩效工资和奖励绩效工资两部分组成,分别占绩效工资总量的60%和40%。根据执行情况可调整二者比例。
