UMS收到邮件后，UMS的注册用户(58541240) 将可以在Http界面中浏览此短消息。其中邮件subject是发送者号码**********，邮件body内容为短消息内容
UMS注册用户号码58541240通过UMS邮件发短信到手机**********的下行流程：
UMS的注册用户可以生成一个电子邮件，在邮件的主题中注明对方移动终端的号码**********（需要对方支持端消息功能），然后将邮件发送到 ******@
CTC-SMS GW 收到UMS注册用户的邮件后，从邮件主题中识别出短消息的目的终端号码，然后生成一条/多条短消息，通过CNGP接口将其发送到目的移动终端。如果UMS邮件内容比较长，CTC-SMS GW应该能够将其分成几次发送。如果UMS邮件内容不合法，如含有附件等，CTC-SMS GW应该能够自动回复一个邮件给发送者，并提醒其内容不合法。
 
其他功能要求
SMPP-CNGP转换功能和邮件/SMS转换功能应该在作为一个软件产品中提供(CTC-SMS GW)，此软件产品可以运行在一台硬件服务器之上。
系统处理能力以满足目前3000 UMS用户，最终支持5万用户，但软件在系统容量上不做用户数和性能指标授权的license限制，系统容量仅取决于系统的软硬件配置。
