3．各活动小组要做好活动前的点名工作，对缺席学生要问清原因做好记载，并及时与班主任联系。
4．要抓住机遇和创造条件，使学生有机会参加各级各类的竞赛活动让他们有一显身手的机会，并力争取得优异成绩。
5．实行每次活动必检查的制度，由当天值日的中层领导负责，及时反馈各小组根据学校的安排定时定点开展活动的情况。
五、考核评比及奖励
社团在一个学期内举行两次大型的展示活动
（一）学期中时，对学生的活动成果进行一次展示
（1）展示以社团内比赛为主。由各社团辅导员制定比赛计划、制度及名单。由评委对各社团学生的比赛情况记录。
（2）评委组的建立是由小组成员及辅导员搭配组成。
（二）学期末学校将对活动开展的情况考核评估一次。评估的主要依据：
（1）活动记录；
（2）课外活动的成果；
（3）教师、学生的评价。
（三）奖励制度
(1)在比赛过程中获得前三名的同学给予证书以及奖品的奖励。
（2）对于在活动辅导中成绩突出的教师，由学校期末予以奖励。
六、安全须知
1．班主任在活动前要做好学生的安全教育：
（1）学生服从班主任与辅导教师的安排进行活动。
（2）活动过程中讲文明有礼貌，互相谦让，不为一点小事吵闹，有事报告班主任或带队教师。
（3）不玩有危险因素的游戏。
