一 设计来源与内容
以湖景家苑３#住宅楼项目工程为主要设计任务来源，按照设计任务书的具体要求,根据工程施工图纸、陕西省2０0４清单计价规范、取费定额、广联达计价软件以及相关的技术资料、规范进行本次毕业设计。主要内容包括:确定工程项目管理组织结构，选择施工方案,确定施工顺序,合理划分施工段，确定施工流向,编制施工进度网络图计划，施工场地的平面布置方案。制定工程质量的控制及安全文明施工措施。依据建设工程工程量清单计价规则及施工组织设计等有关资料编制工程量清单。依据工程量清单、企业定额、市场价格信息或参照《陕西省建筑装饰工程消耗量定额》［2０09］和与其配套的参考价目表、参考费率以及广联达计价软件，确定工程造价.
