d)该筛机在系列化过程中，充分考虑了我国具体情况和筛机各零、部件通用化、系列化、标准化的要求，采用了一系列先进技术：
①筛机侧板采用整块钢板折弯或角钢加固加强，除横梁钢管与法兰连接处焊接外，其它各部位均采用扭剪形高强度螺栓联接。
②筛板可采用不锈钢、弹簧钢、聚氨脂橡胶和耐磨橡胶筛面、各者可互换使用。两种尺寸规格筛板，可在所有筛机上互换通用。
③支承隔振采用系列橡胶和复合弹簧、噪音小、运转平稳、两种弹簧可以互换使用。
④筛板压紧采用T型防转块结构或压板（块）形式，筛板、护板等部位联接采用了高强度尼龙螺母防松。
⑤驱动筛机采用了结构简单、制造维修容易的瓣形联轴器和三爪挠性联轴器，克服了万向联轴器易损坏缺陷。
六、筛机的安装
a)筛机的安装：
①要求所有筛板安装后，筛面应平整、不得有高低不平或歪斜现象。
②所有固定筛板螺栓必须拧紧，不得有松动或螺帽倾斜现象。
