将于年底奖励表彰一批在线学习先进单位和优秀个人。
第八条 干部在线学习实行学时学分制管理，处级以上干部〔含处级〕参加在线学习每月不低于5学分〔或10学时〕，年度目标到达60学分〔或120学时〕以上，处级以下干部每月不低于4学分〔或8学时〕，年度目标到达50学分〔或100学时〕以上。已注册的企事业管理人员和大学生村干部参照公务员、参公人员标准执行。学分根据必修课和选修课学时数折算，每45分钟为1个学时，必修课1学时计1学分，。到达所学课程总时长的90%即可获得相应学分，由系统自动记录〔部分必修课在通过在线考试后才能获得学分〕。重复学习一门课程的，只计一次学分。
第九条 建立在线组班网下集中学习申报审批制度。采取在线组班网下集中学习的，各县〔市、区〕、各单位填写《太原市在线组班网下集中学习申报表》〔另附〕，提前3个工作日报市委组织部干部教育处审批；组班学录备案，组班学习结束后及时将有关学习情况及《参加在线组班网下集中学习人员名单报送表》〔另附〕、《在线组班网下集中学表》〔另附〕报市委组织部干部教育处并记入学时数。
