也是教师自我实现和自我满足的时候。
学生学业的优秀成绩，可以促进教师发奋图强再接再厉，更好地钻研业务，爱岗敬业。从这个意义上来讲，对教师也是一种支持和互动。如果离开了学生对教师的认可、接受、支持与合作，教师也不能进步。
所以，“教学相长，彼此支持”很重要，离开了亦师亦友，不容易平等；离开了教学相长，难以得到学生的尊重，也难以尊重别人。
师生关系的基本原则
根据我国《宪法》《教育法》《教师法》《中小学教师职业道德标准》以及现行的一些基本规则，教师在处理师生关系时，要注意基本原则：
①要坚持四项基本原则。
②要传播科学知识。要有科学的精神，要对封建迷信、歪门邪道、不科学、反社会的那种东西划清界线。
③要热爱学生，尊重学生。
④为人师表，廉洁从教。
⑤要遵守社会公德。教师在教书育人为人表率的同时，要遵守社会公德。道德标准最重要的是公德，社会公德的遵守与否，是教师的公共形象。
⑥对学生实施素质教育。
⑦教师、学生和家长良性互动。教师要密切学生、家长和教师之间的交流和沟通，要形成良性的互动关系。
