能力现状,详细介绍了目前风扇的常用结构形式、叶片材料和风扇驱动装置;并在此基础上,对冷却风扇
行业的发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Engine cooling fan is an important part to ensure the engine work and to reduce energy conservation and emission.
The technical characteristics of the engine cooling fans including design method and matching problems were discussed in this paper.
The market of cooling fan industry in the domestic was analyzed,,the fan structure,blade material and drive system
were presented in the end of this paper,the development of cooling fan industry was forecasted.

发动机在工作过程中缸内燃油燃烧会产生大
,
量的热量,但只有一部分热量会转化为有效功,其余
大部分损失。这部分损失掉的热量会使发动机机体
及相关部件(包括气门、汽缸套、活塞等)的温度迅速
升高。为了保证发动机不发生过热,需要通过外加
的冷却系统来对发动机进行强制散热。
汽车发动机冷却系统如图1所示,一般包括冷
却风扇、水泵、节温器、散热器、水箱、水管和水套等
部
