3日内书面告知省国土资源行政主管部门，被放弃的评估工程延至下次选择评估机构承当。
〔五〕省国土资源行政主管部门发现评估机构报送材料不真实者，应取消其当次参加公开选择的资格和结果；无正当理由放弃公开选择结果的评估机构，半年内不受理其报名申请；对无正当理由终止已委托评估的，或受理的评估报告问题较多的，记入信用档案并向社会公布。发现评估报告有弄虚作假等严重问题的，取消评估机构在云南的评估资格，并向国土资源部报告。
〔六〕被选定的矿业权评估机构应按有关规定组织评估，按合同要求按时提交评估报告。
〔七〕省国土资源行政主管部门依据委托合同书、公告及有关规定对评估报告进行合规性审查、公示、验收和备案。
〔八〕对备案的评估报告按合同书约定支付评估费后，双方即完成评估合同的履行。
