女职工厨艺大比拼的比赛方案
为庆祝“三八〞国际劳动妇女节,丰富我单位女职工的业余生活,倡导健康、文明、科学、简约的现代生活理念,提高职工家庭生活质量,营造和谐气氛。我单位积极响应,在区长的带着下特组织开展“食全食美,秀出你的风采〞女职工厨艺大比拼活动。具体比赛方案如下:
一、评委和参赛人员

三、评分标准:
本次比赛在规定时间内,按照每道菜百分制的评分标准进行评分。以“色〔10分〕、香〔15分〕、形〔15分〕、味〔40分〕、口感〔5分〕、名〔5分〕、饮食常识〔10〕〞为评分标准,每道菜得分相加,再加饮食常识得分为最后总分。
四、比赛规那么
〔一〕比赛菜品形式
1、规定菜,由比赛主办方提供主料,辅料自备,选手根据比赛要求,在规定时间内,做出菜品,由评委评判打分。
2、私房菜,选手可以自由发挥,材料选手自带,进行烹饪,自己为菜品创意取名,根据选手的时间掌握,菜品搭配,创意设计,加之菜品的色、香、味、意、形、养,评委进行评价打分
