女职工厨艺大比拼的比赛方案
为庆祝“三八〞国际劳动妇女节，丰富我单位女职工的业余生活，倡导健康、文明、科学、简约的现代生活理念，提高职工家庭生活质量，营造和谐气氛。我单位积极响应，在区长的带着下特组织开展“食全食美，秀出你的风采〞女职工厨艺大比拼活动。具体比赛方案如下：
一、评委和参赛人员

三、评分标准：
本次比赛在规定时间内，按照每道菜百分制的评分标准进行评分。以“色〔10分〕、香〔15分〕、形〔15分〕、味〔40分〕、口感〔5分〕、名〔5分〕、饮食常识〔10〕〞为评分标准，每道菜得分相加，再加饮食常识得分为最后总分。
四、比赛规那么
〔一〕比赛菜品形式
1、规定菜，由比赛主办方提供主料，辅料自备，选手根据比赛要求，在规定时间内，做出菜品，由评委评判打分。
2、私房菜，选手可以自由发挥，材料选手自带，进行烹饪，自己为菜品创意取名，根据选手的时间掌握，菜品搭配，创意设计，加之菜品的色、香、味、意、形、养，评委进行评价打分
