建筑、结构概况
本工程为钢筋混凝土框架—剪力墙结构，室内外高差为600mm,3 号楼室内地坪± ，4#楼室内地坪± 。结构抗震等级为三级，设计使用年限为50 年，建筑结构平安等级为二级。CGF 桩基混凝土强度等级为C20，地下室底板、侧壁、后浇带为C35 防水混凝土加微膨胀剂，楼层后浇带均采用C35 混凝土加微膨胀剂。根底垫层采用C10 混凝土，柱、墙、梁、板、楼梯均采用C30 混凝土，所有梁、板中均参加微膨胀剂。地下室底板厚度为1,200mm，最大厚度为〔电梯井位置〕

2,950mm，属于典型的大体积混凝土施工。剪力墙最大截面350mm×8400mm，梁最大截面300mm×900mm。
本工程外墙面为彩色涂料，内墙除卫生间、消防水池、厨房间外的其他房间均为大白浆墙面，消防水池为防水砂浆，卫生间、厨房为瓷砖。所有外窗均采用塑钢单框双层玻璃，内窗采用塑钢单层推拉窗。本工程外墙采用40mm 厚挤塑板保温，25mm 厚TS20 墙体保温砂浆，非剪力墙位置为40mm
厚挤塑板保温，190 厚陶粒砌块，25mm 厚TS20 墙体保温砂浆。填充墙为190mm 厚陶粒砌块，局部卫生间处隔墙、包水管处隔墙为120mm 厚，遇有门窗洞口和在砌块墙上固定水箱、水池、消火栓等，局部改砌烧结普通砖。
本工程共安装10 部客梯，3 号楼4 部，4 号楼6 部。屋面采用聚苯保温板保温，平屋面为高分子防水卷材防水，坡屋面为水乳型聚合物水泥基复合防水涂料。
本工程施工重点和难点：CGF 复合桩基施工、地下室底板大体积混凝土施工、地下室防水施工、坡屋面施工等。
根据实际情况编制本工程施工组织总设计，其中对应的各项施工准备工作将在有关条件具备的情况下尽快完成。
