第一章 新乡公交IC卡招标公告
新乡市公共交通总公司公交IC卡采购通过招标方式确定入围单位。现公开邀请意向单位参加招标。
1、采购内容：

2、招标响应文件递交截止及招标时间：2022年 6月6 日下午17：00整〔北京时间〕。
3、招标报名地点：新乡市红旗区振中街275号
4、保证金：人民币伍仟元整
递交招标响应文件时一并以现金形式将保证金提交给新乡市公共交通总公司财务处，待招标束后，未入围单位在 五 个工作日内全额退还。
5、招标响应文件递交及招标地点：新乡市红旗区振中街275号新乡市公共交通总公司，届时请招标供给商法人代表或授权的销售、技术人员〔不超过2人〕参加。
6、中标方式：最低价中标。
7、招标供给商资格及要求：
1〕、具有独立承当民事责任能力的企业法人；
2〕、具有有效的生产许可；
3〕、IC卡芯片及COS获得交通部标准所指定检测机构中国交通通信信息中心出具的过检证书或说明性材料；
4〕、必须提供近三年内，不少于5个公交CPU卡供货合同原件；
5〕提供一份设计好的纸质彩色打印卡片样本；〔设计的卡片应正反两面主题能够表达新乡市悠久的历史文化或当代新乡精神且简洁大方、主题鲜明、内涵丰富。〕
