特种设备事故应急措施和救援预案
一、目的：为使特种设备事故和人员伤亡事故或未遂事故发生后，迅速消除事故源及时抢救伤员，抢修受损设备，尽是减少事故带来的负面影响，减少事故的损失。
二、范围：锅炉、压力容器、储气罐、起重机械等特种设备发生爆炸坠落等事故及事故过程中发生人员伤亡和特种重大事故、重大事故、较大事故和一般事故。
三、事故应急救援组织及职责分工：
公司成立以总经理为总指挥的事故应急救援组织，属下分现场指挥、排险组、疏散组、救护组、联络组、火警组、电力抢修组，职责分工为：
1、总指挥：全面指挥、协调事故处理工作。
2、现场指挥：指挥事故现场调度、协调工作。
3、排险组：组织排除事故危难源。
4、疏散组：隔绝防护，疏散人员，转移物品，减少损失。
5、救护组：立即组织人员和调度车辆，尽快送受伤人员到医院救治。
6、联络组：做好各部门之间的通讯联络工作。
7、火警组：在最短的时间内赶到事故现场进行救援灭火。
8、电力抢修组：负责电器设备的断电、抢修工作。
