关于4月份抓组织工作落实情况的报告
县委组织部：
按照《关于4月份组织系统抓工作落实需上报主要内容的通知》要求，现将我委相关工作开展情况报告如下。
一、领导班子思想政治建设工作开展情况
以创建“四好”班子为目标，全面加强领导班子思想政治建设，不断增强领导班子的政治意识、大局意识、责任意识和忧患意识，着力提高领导班子的决策能力、应变能力、开拓创新能力和驾驭复杂局面的能力，努力把领导班子建设成为“理论学习好、团结协作好、作风形象好、工作业绩好”的坚强领导集体，为推动旺苍卫生事业发展提供强有力的组织保证。一是强化理论学习。把深化理论武装工作作为加强领导干部思想政治建设的首要任务，组织广大干部特别是领导干部认真学系列讲话及“四个全面”重要部署。落实健全好领导班子学习制度和班子成员讲学、带学、评学制度，不断丰富学习内容，提高学习效果，保证学习质量。年初制定了“四好班子”活动方案及中心组学习安排意见。今年以来，局党委采取集中学、分散学和培训学相结合的方式，突出抓好领导班子成员的理论学习。截止4月，班子成员集中学习达6次，分别组织学习了《求是》杂志关于“四个全面”论述及《要做实干家，不做空谈客》、《把依法治国贯穿卫生计生工作全领域
