Abstract
Traffic accident crime is an important crime in the criminal law of our country, with the development of our socialist market economy, the improvement of people's living level, the number of motor vehicles in China's rapid expansion, the traffic accident rate increased, pose a great threat to the lives and property of people, has become a serious social problem. Especially in recent years, traffic malignant accidents, deaths and accidents frequently occur, to a certain extent affected the sense of security and social stability and people's. This article from the judicial practice needs, combined with the views of the scholars, firstly introduces the concept and characteristics of crime of causing traffic casualties, followed by the analysis of the question of the cause-traffic-accident-escape crime and adjacent crimes, crime of causing traffic casualties, the legal liability of the crime of causing traffic casualties are discussed, in order to produce positive effect in the judicial practice.
