四、主要工作任务
根据?衡阳市文明单位考评细那么?指标体系及区委区政府的工作要求，我街道将创立市三星级文明单位作为街道的重点工作，把创立工作摆上了重要议事日程，从以下几个方面全力开展文明创立活动。
〔一〕思想教育与道德建设：
。建立健全街道党工委中心组学习制度；坚持理论联系实际，推进学习型领导班子建设，不断提高领导干部的思想政治素质、理论水平、领导水平及拒腐防变能力、创新能力。
。制定街道机关、社区干部行为标准，推行社会效劳承诺制，开展岗位竞赛，评选先进科室、优秀公务员、先进工作者。
。在全街开展公民道德教育活动，组织广阔干部职工定期学习?公民道德建设实施纲要?和?衡阳市文明市民守那么?，在各个社区开展社区居民文明礼仪宣讲活动，加大对辖区居民的道德教育宣传力度；
