结合景区实际，以“三化一联四提升〞〔即形象亮化、效劳优化、考核量化、党群联动，提升内动力、满意度、实效性、覆盖率〕为主要载体，深入推进争创党员先锋岗、示范岗、青年文明号活动，组织发动全景区广阔党员、团员弘扬“敬业、协作、创优、奉献〞精神，比技能、比效劳、比作风、比业绩、比奉献，争创游客满意景区，争创优质效劳品牌，争创优秀效劳标兵。
