第十条 汽车客运站需要变更经营项目、扩大经营范围，应报原发证机关审核同意，办理变更登记手续；要求停业，须提前三十天向原审批机关提出，经审查同意，缴销《道路运输经营许可证》，并向社会公告后，方可停业。
第三章 服务管理
第十一条 汽车客运站须按交通部有关规定设置岗位和配备人员。各职人员须明确分工，建立健全岗位责任制，有明确的质量标准。建立检查评比制度，定期进行检查考核，提高服务质量。
第十二条 汽车客运站必须加强对站容、车容、仪容的管理。
（一）车站内外经常保持清洁卫生，各项服务标志醒目，候车室布置美观大方，图表、业务介绍简明清晰，设施设备排放得当、整齐，商业柜台数量适度。
（二）营运车辆车厢内外整洁，设备齐全有效。
