《浙江新生报》：法制宣传教育的重要载体
多年来，省监狱管理局《浙江新生报》遵循“惩罚与改造相结合，以改造人为宗旨”的监狱工作方针，坚持“为走向新生指路，为提高改造质量服务”的办报宗旨，服务罪犯改造、贴近大墙生活，启发学法用法，帮助排忧解难，成为面向服刑人员普法教育的重要载体。从2001年起，开辟了“法制广场”专版，设有“考考你”、“以案说法”、“法律援助”三个专栏，并配发典型案例，而且还返聘了一名资深法律工作者担任责编并撰写专栏文章。截至2007年7月，“考考你”专栏已刊出服刑人员法律问答874题；通过“以案说法”、“法律援助”栏目，回答服刑人员及家属、刑释归正人员提出的法律疑难问题350多例。内容涉及定罪量刑、刑期计算、申诉控告、检举揭发、婚姻家庭、土地征用、企业和土地承包、自留地、宅基地、债权债务纠纷、房地产争议、子女的抚养、监护和上学、刑释后的落户、入学、就业、社会保险、救济等等，起到了很好的法制宣传教育效果。

全省民宗系统积极开展民族法律知识竞赛活动
为进一步宣传有关民族法律法规知识，提高广大干部群众，特别是各级领导干部的民族法律意识和民族理论政策水平，不断增强遵守、执行有关民族法律法规的自觉性，提高各级民族工作部门依法行政的能力和水平。近期，省民宗委组织开展全省有关民族法律法规知识有奖竞赛活动。据不完全统计，截至1月4日，共有3万8千余人参加了竞赛活动。
