县卫生局局长范晓军带队
调研乡镇卫生院贯彻卫生工作会议情况
4月6日—10日，县卫生局局长范晓军带领疾控股、项目办、办公室等相关股室负责人到全县19所乡镇卫生院就全县卫生工作会议贯彻情况进行了调研。
范局长一行实地观察了各乡镇卫生院房屋建设情况，了解了一季度业务开展情况与财务收支情况，听取了9类基本公共卫生服务项目实施情况，检查了乡镇卫生医院管理年活动开展情况，强调了公卫办的归口管理和医疗质量与医疗安全管理。就每个乡镇卫生院存在的问题与院委会分别进行了座谈，对一些突出性的问题当场提出了解决方法。如在太平镇中心卫生院，考虑其今年业务增速明显，业务用房紧张，要求该院将老住院病房进行维修改造后用于职工宿舍，缓解业务用房紧张局面；在罗坪乡中心卫生院、白云乡卫生院、壶瓶山镇中心卫生院、夹山镇卫生院等项目建设单位，要求必须保证工程质量和工程安全，确保工程进度，力争主体工程4月底完工；在皂市镇中心卫生院、新关镇卫生院、三圣乡卫生院等卫生院，考虑现有房屋条件，要求对部分用房进行改造后重新布局，以满足日益增长的业务需求；在磨市镇中心卫生院，考虑其公共卫生服务工作启动有力，当场决定将该镇作为全县9类基本公共卫生服务工作的试点。
