1、一级国家注册建筑工程师报考条件
〔1〕下表所列学位或学历毕业人员按该表要求执行：

a、作为工程负责人或专业负责人，完成民用建筑设计三级及以上工程四项全过程设计，其中二级以上工程不少于一项。
b、作为工程负责人或专业负责人，完成其他类型建筑设计中型及以上工程四项全过程设计，其中大型工程或特种建筑工程不少于一项。
