中草药复方提高家兔精液品质的影响摘要: 选取 6~ 7 月龄新西兰家兔共 12 只,随机分为试验组和对照组, 每组 6只, 研究以淫羊藿、菟丝子、熟地黄等为主要成分的中草药复方对家兔精液品质的影响。结果表明: 实验组家兔在饲喂该中草药复方 8~ 14和 15~ 21d 内的射精量、精子密度和活率等指标与对照组家兔精液品质相比差异极显著( P< ) ;停药后 10d 内,实验组和对照组家兔的射精量差异显著( P< ) ,精子密度和活率差异极显著( P< ); 但是整个试验过程中精子畸形率两组间差异不显著。说明该中草药复方可以用来改善家兔的精液品质, 有利于生产实践中进一步发挥优良家兔的种用价值。关键词: 中草药;家兔;精液品质 Effect of Chinese herb feed additives on improving sperm quality of rabbits Abstract : Each group of six rabbits was randomly allocated in treatments to research the effect of Chinese medicinal herb s( contained Epimedium and semen custutae , prepared rhizome of rehmannia and so on) on semen quality of New Zealand white rabbits. Chinese medicinal herbs were added in each experimental group. The results demonstrated that during ten periods of8~ 14 days and 15~ 21 days after the feeding of medical herbs , there was greatly significant difference between the two groups in ejaculate volume , sperm concentration and motility ( P< ); during the 10 days after the termination of the feeding of medicinal herbs , remarkable significant differences were observed between the two groups in semen volume ( P< ), and sperm concentration and motility were still markedly significant differences ( P< ) .But the sperm abnormal acrosome rate had no obvious changes in the whole experiment.
