　　2022年，面对复杂多变的内外环境，烟草行业认真贯彻党的十八大和十八届三中、四中全会精神，深入贯彻系列重要讲话精神，紧扣实践“三大课题〞、提升“五个形象〞总体考虑和年初确定的总体要求、预期指标、重点任务，狠抓各项工作举措的落实，保持了稳中有进、稳中向好的开展态势。全国烟草工作的主要特点是“跨越了一个大台阶，呈现了三个新亮点〞。
　　跨越了一个大台阶。全行业紧紧咬住税利总额这个核心指标，坚持把行业开展建立在质量提高、价值提升、技术进步、本钱节约根底之上。通过艰苦努力，全年实现工商税利总额跨越了一万亿元大台阶，，，%，全面完成年初提出的“保八争十超万亿〞年度目标。认真落实国务院领导指示精神，向中央国库上缴专项税后利润450亿元，通过财政渠道向云南鲁甸地震灾区捐赠30亿元。，，%，在经济下行压力加大情况下，烟草行业为国家财政增收作出了新的奉献
