这次新考核方法，是为适应公司“事转企〞后的精神文明创立工作的需要而重新修订的，它能否适应新体制新情况，还将在以后的实际操作中进行检验，公司也将适时进行修改和完善。

路运公司喜获市首批企业社会责任奖
日前，市总工会在市工人文化宫召开了纪念常州〔武进〕总工会成立80周年暨“五一〞表彰大会，市长王伟成向公司董事长李常初颁发了企业社会责任奖牌。据悉，全市有20家企业获得了该奖，该公司是交通系统唯一获该奖的企业。
由政府设立并颁发企业社会责任奖，这在全国尚属首家。从2022年开始，常州市工会、劳动、质监、工商等7部门成立了“市企业社会责任标准化委员会〞，制订了?常州市企业社会责任标准?。去年底，常州市政府正式设立社会责任奖。到目前为止，常州全市已有220家企业提出了贯彻企业社会责任标准申请，64家企业通过了达标审核。此次，我市评选出了20家首批企业授予政府企业社会责任奖。据悉，获得该奖的单位，可在三年内实行劳动、工商、平安生产等方面免予年检，并可在同等条件下优先享受政府相关优惠政策。政府同时将企业承当社会责任的情况作为评选
