[Abstract] Objective Methods
To investigate the effect and safety of Agomelatine in the treatment of depression. A
total of 197 patients with depression in Ganzhou People's Hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected as
the research objects, according to the double-blind random method, they were divided into the observation group (101
cases, 3 cases of shedding and the rest 98 cases) and the control group (96 cases, 2 cases of shedding and the rest 94
cases). The control group was treated with Paroxetine, and the observation group was treated with Agomelatine. The
clinical effective rate, Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) score and adverse reactions were compared between the two
