第三条 失业人员应按下列要求及时到本人户籍所在地街道、镇(乡)劳动保障工作机构办理失业登记,领取《四川省城镇失业人员失业证》(以下简称《失业证》):
(一)、无就业经历的失业人员,须持本人户口薄、身份证和学历证书等证明原身份的有关证件和接受职业教育、职业培训的相关证明；
（二）、由就业转失业的失业人员，须持本人身份证和原工作单位出具的终止或解除劳动关系的证明等。
第四条 用人单位应当及时为失业人员出具终止或解除劳动关系的证明，告知其按规定享受失业保险待遇的权利，将失业人员名单自终止或解除劳动关系之日起7日内报失业人员参加失业保险所在地的市或区（市）县就业服务管理局备案。

劳动者与用人单位终止或解除劳动合同后，应持用人单位为其出具的终止或解除劳动关系的证明及时到本人户籍所在地街道、镇（乡）劳动保障工作机构办理失业登记。失业保险金自办理失业登记之日起计算，次月发放。
第五条 失业人员凭《失业证》可享受由市或区（市）县就业服务管理局以及街道、镇（乡）人民政府按有关政策规定提供的下列服务：
（一）、政策咨询；
