李龙琼，女，现年26岁，苗族，大专学历，2000年7月凤冈师范学校毕业后到回龙小学工作。2001年8月，因工作变动，2001年9月至今在花山中学工作。　
从教七年来，我以教书育人为己任，立足于“给社会一个交代，给学生一个前途，给家长一个希望〞的教育理念，再加上自己要强的个性：要么不干，要干就全心全意，竭尽所能，力争最好，力求无愧于自己和他人。辛勤工作在教学第一线上，勇于探索，大胆尝试教学改革，取得了一些成绩。
下面，我把自己这些年来工作中的一些做法、体验和感悟汇报如下：
扎根山区，润物细无声
2000年毕业后，我踏进回龙小学，呈现在眼前的是群山环抱中低矮的瓦房，更没有象样的教学设施，想到今后，要在这贫瘠的土地上扎根，我脑海里一片空白，不知道自己有没有这份勇气和恒心。但当我看到孩子们那一张张天真烂漫的笑脸时，看到他们那一双双渴望知识的双眸时，看到那一颗颗等待塑造的无邪的心灵时，我坚决地选择了扎根这片红色的故土，至今也无怨无悔。
我出生在农村,家庭条件极差,父母都是农民，那微薄的收入却要供给三个孩子上学，沉重的生活负担使母亲不堪重负，不满50岁就患上了严重的腰椎肩盘突出症，卧床不起，在中医院治疗一个多月，而作为二女儿的我，只是安排她住院后就匆匆返校上课了。我知道母亲需要我，可班里孩子们也需要我呀！这时我才深刻体会到什么是“忠孝
