4、班组平安管理〔5分〕
⑴班前平安讲话。根底分3分。查记录：每天坚持。好的得3分，较好得2分，差得不得分〕。
⑵班组平安活动。根底分2分。查记录：每周一次班组平安检查与隐患整改；每月两次平安活动，，没有开展不得分，扣完为止。
5、“三同时〞管理〔3分〕
⑴查平安投入，根底分1分。没有扣1分；
⑵查更新改造和工艺改造工程，根底分2分。一项没有进行“三同时〞扣2分。
6、应急救援管理〔4分〕
