。引进可居花生、青岛佳乐等一批花生深加工工程，完善花生产业链条。完成人工造林56万亩、封山育林20万亩，，被评为“全省造林绿化先进县〞。全面启动“青山碧水〞工程，完成“青山保护工程〞本底调查，成立县凌河保护区管理局，实施了细河、牤牛河河道治理工程。农田根底设施进一步加强，完成农田水利根本建设重点骨干工程246项，完成保护性耕作面积64万亩。积极开展滴灌节水农业工程，力争11月中旬完成10万亩工程区水源工程建设任务。
3、效劳业加快开展，县城建设取得新成绩。投入资金1亿元，加强温泉旅游新城7平方公里起步区根底设施建设，辽宁天水谷地热开发，疗养院和恒隆温泉等一批综合工程扎实推进。海棠山、瑞应寺景区根底设施不断完善，以自然生态游、敖包文化游、宗教文化游以及乡村农家乐等为主的旅游业呈良好开展态势。按照高起点、高水平、高质量的要求，编制完成蒙古贞新城总体规划和控制性详规。加快推进旧城区改造步伐，完成房屋征收13万平方米。狠抓房地产开发，预计到年末，全县完成地产开发面积102万平方米，其中，县城67万平方米，乡镇35万平方米。以全面提高新城综合承载能力为目标，加大投入力度，县城
