股级干部提拔任职应具备以下资格:

〔一〕一般应具有大专及以上文化程度;
〔二〕一般为后备干部;
〔三〕提任正职年龄一般不超过42周岁,应在同级副职岗位上工作满2年以上;
〔四〕提任副职年龄一般不超过38周岁,应具有3年及以上专业技术和管理工作经验;
〔五〕担任党的领导职务的,应当符合?中国共产党章程?规定的要求。
第四章 任职年龄及待遇
股级干部任职年龄界限:
〔一〕股级干部男年满50周岁,女年满48周岁〔当出生日期档案记载与户籍登记不一致时,以档案中最先记载的原始出生日期为依据〕;
〔二〕股级干部每届任期为2年,以宣布任职时间为起始时间;
〔三〕在股级干部换届时,距规定任职年限不够一个任期的,聘任到本人年满规定年龄的当月,次月不再聘任;
〔四〕因年龄原因退出干部岗位的股级干部,除岗位工资待遇不变外,其它奖金及福利待遇按一般职工标准执行。

有以下情形之一的,限制或不得聘任领导职务:
〔一〕受到党纪、政纪处分的,在规定时间内不得担任与原任职务相当或高于原任职务的领导职务;
〔二〕因犯有贪污、贿赂、侵占财产、挪用财产罪或破坏社会经济秩序罪,被判处刑罚,执行期满未逾5年的,或因犯罪被剥夺政治权利,执行期满后未逾5年的,不得担任领导职务;
〔五〕个人所负数额较大的债务到期未清偿的,不得担任领导职务;
〔六〕法律法规、党纪政纪及县局党委另有规定的。
