摘要 根据城市接入网的现状及近期用户需求,提出城市光纤接入网勘察的主要
内容。结合光纤接入网分层规划模型,对城市光纤接入网的主干层、分配层和引
人层的规划设计进行了探讨。

1城市接入网的现状及存在的主要问题
〔1〕目前,城市中绝大多数用户采用铜线接人、模拟传输方式,存在的主要
问题是不能接入宽带业务、传输距离短、扩容能力差、占用管道资源过多、平安
可靠性低和维护困难。
〔2〕移动基站大多采用小芯数光缆或HDSL组成点对点系统,占用管道资源
过多,点对点传输系统平安可靠性低。
〔3〕城市中除少数几个重要用户外,光纤到大楼〔fTTB〕和光纤到小区〔F
TTZ〕的光节点很少,整个接入网光纤化程度较低且缺乏总体规划。
〔4〕城市现有管道的布局是以局为中心的星型结构,适合电线接入网结构,
但难以形成环型光接入网络,为此还需在某些路段新建管道。此外出局管道紧张、
管孔容量趋于饱和,已成为城市光/电缆扩容面临的重要矛盾。
