“五学工作〞，把学习党代会精神做为当前全乡干部群众学习的一项主要任务来抓紧抓好；二要结合当前工作，把学习党代会精神和当前的方案生育、秋季征兵、通村水泥路建设、烤烟面积落实等工作任务同安排，同落实；三要结合乡情实际，制定出切实可行的开展规划，为今后的工作打好根底。　　今后的工作打算：要以贯彻落实党代会精神来促进和推动当前的各项工作，着眼长远，狠抓当前，要抢抓“两路建设〞和大西沟矿产开发的良好机遇，充分发挥区位优势，紧紧围绕“三农四化〞目标，努力实现五大突破，逐步把我乡建成在柞水有位次，在商洛有影响的产业大乡、、教育强乡、经济富乡。　　一是思想观念上要有新突破，实现干部现代化、科学化、知识化目标。要进一步做好“五学〞工作，提高干部职工科学管理和为民效劳的本领，增强农民群众开展产业发家致富的技能，到达学以增智、学以致用的目的。通过学习交流，结合本乡实际，制定切合实际的开展规划，进一步更新观念，树立小乡要有大作为，小乡要有大手笔，小乡能写大文章的开展思想，使干部的思想从陈旧的开展模式中解放出来，用大开展的理念积极投身入各项工作，把小乡变大乡、穷乡变富乡。　　二是产业开展上要有新突破，实现农业产业化、工业化的目标。要结合退耕还林，按照林药间作模式，大力开展特色产业，走
