结合工作实际，适当时候在市直粮食系统组织一次先进事迹报告会。
4、开展“三项活动”。开展共产党员“服务上门”活动、“学习杨善洲、马开贵、黄通富先进事迹，争做优秀共产党员”活动和“读书、荐书、评书”活动。各党支部要以“服务·奉献”为主题，组织党员开展“党员奉献日”活动，组织党员入社区、进企业、下农村，结合本职工作和自身专长，立足群众需求，为群众开展各种形式的义务奉献活动，用实实在在的行动为困难群众办好事、做实事；要围绕杨善洲、马开贵、黄通富同志的先进思想、先进事迹开展学习活动，通过组织党员集中学习、收看专题节目、召开座谈会、撰写心得体会等形式，在市直粮食系统形成学先进、赶先进的良好氛围；要结合建设学习型党组织的要求，在广大党员中开展“日读半小时、月读一本书”活动，强化党员读书学习意识，鼓励党员在工作之余多读书、读好书。提倡每名党员推荐一本书，鼓励党员撰写阅读收获，通过“荐书、评书”，全面提升党员的理论素养，深入推进学习型党组织建设。
