小河口镇农民返乡创业情况调查报告

　　3、加快了农业产业化开展进程。长期以来，农民的收入主要来源于传统的农业，收入方式单一，大幅度增收致富难度较大。通过农民工外出务工返乡创业，举办规模种植业、养殖业、农产品加工业，扩大了土地规模经营，提高了农业的技术装备水平，改善了农业的根底条件，延长了农业的产业链条，促进农业生产向产业化、规模化、专业化、标准化方向开展，拓展了农村经济和产业开展的空间，改变了农村经济单纯依靠农业的格局。

　　二、主要经验做法
　　1、政府重视，社会参与。我镇坚持把“返乡经济〞作为壮大区域经济的根本途径来抓，努力把在外能人资源优势转化为本地经济开展优势，通过上下联动，极时摸清了具有开展潜力的潜在返乡投资群体，在第一时间内掌握在外能人的投资意向信息，通过各种渠道引导鼓励他们回乡创业。并以“百姓创家业．〞为活动载体,将农民工返乡创业列入政府重点工作，成立工作领导小组，明确目标任务，镇财政、人劳、工商、等部门对返乡农民工创业工作给予大力的支持和配合，形成了推进农民工返乡创业加速开展的整体合力。
　　2、优化环境，搭建平台。良好的投资环境已经成为我镇扩大招
