四、建筑方案分析
万通超市的总建筑面积约150平方米，店铺设计比较简单，没有特别的装修，并且还是超市与仓库一体并用的。采用单层设计，四周围合，为小型连锁超市。下面为几点具体建筑方案：
1、超市的照明结构特点：由于超市客流量大,营业时间长,所以超市的照明设计有其独特的要求。超市照明要求:(1)创造良好的视觉条件,确保足够的照度和照明质量;(2)创造良好的商业氛围,引起顾客的购物欲望;(3)照明布置方式要有灵活性,以适应商品及货柜的变化;(4)由于超市人员密集,当正常照明断电时,备用照明应确保正常活动;(5)必须配置应急事故照明、安．全疏散照明,并按需设置广告照明及泛光照明等;(6)根据陈列商品种类的不同,光源的选择应突出显色性、色温、亮度的变化,同时设计中要重视照明节能、照明安全、光照的均匀、柔和、管理维护方便等。
